Welcome to The Floor Polish. By accessing our website (https://thefloorpolish.com) or contracting our on-site marble polishing, diamond grinding, slab fitting, or stone restoration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Work & Free On-Site Inspections

We provide free, no-obligation on-site surveys across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Final written quotations are determined based on precise site measurements, stone species, existing surface damage, and the mutually agreed restoration specification.

Any supplementary work requested beyond the initial quotation (e.g., additional rooms, deep structural repairs, wall cladding) will be priced separately with client confirmation before execution.

2. Site Requirements & Utilities

To perform high-standard wet diamond grinding and crystallization, the client agrees to provide:

• Uninterrupted electricity supply (standard 220V/15A socket) for rotary machinery.
• Clean running water access on-site for water-cooled slurry grinding.
• Adequate access to the work area cleared of loose personal valuables and delicate decor.

3. Natural Stone Characteristics & Variations

Natural marble, granite, onyx, and sandstone inherently contain natural fissures, geological color variations, and microscopic mineral pores. While our diamond honing and epoxy repairs achieve seamless blending and high optical gloss, natural vein patterns and mineral textures remain inherent characteristics of authentic stone.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment schedules typically consist of an advance deposit upon material mobilization and team deployment, with the remaining balance due upon completed inspection and client satisfaction. Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), cheque, or cash against verified invoice.

5. Workmanship & Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in our 25+ years of craftsmanship. If any section does not meet the promised gloss standard or lippage specification outlined in your work order, our team will re-hone and re-buff the area promptly at no extra charge before handover.
